  “Regular groomer was booked so I took my pup here. They told me they'd have her ready by a certain time and weren't so they offered me to take her home half done and bring her back the next day. I refused and we agreed that they'd drop her off at my house. I called them some hours later when I still had not heard back and they told me where I could meet them on the highway. Turns out they weren't where they told me they'd be. I called them to see where they were and told them if they didn't bring her back I was calling the cops (she's a designer breed so I thought they'd kidnapped her). Eventually they told me they were about 5 minutes away and when I called them 10 minutes later, they told me they stopped for gas and coffee. I walked the side of the highway to the gas station to get my pup and they let her run out of the back of the car, right on the side of the highway. I will NEVER be going back there! Stay away.”

  “These folks love pets and do a great job. They took good care of our shi-tzu (a somewhat grumpy old man) wonderfully. They truly care about the pets and know that the pets they groom are someone's children. Great place to take your dog.”
